Why Give?

Why Tithe, Who Should Do It and How Much?

Tithing at More Than 12 (MT12) is for followers of Jesus to give back to God each month ten percent or more of the income He has provided them. It is best done as worship with gratitude and trust that God will look after you no matter how much you sacrificially give—after all Metro Vancouver is an extremely expensive place to live, however, God is an extremely capable and generous God. Some have said that you can't out give God. Our tithes are administered by MT12, and then used by MT12 to pay our bills and pay our staff.

Why Donate?

Donations are also welcome from those who wish to support the work and development of MT12. The launching of any ministry costs money, we are not yet fully self sufficient. If you are from another church, please consider giving over and above your regular tithes.

Giving Options

Tithes or donations may be offered in person or by mail. We are currently not able to receive financial gifts online, but are working on ways in which to receive financial gifts both online by credit card and pre authorized withdrawl.

Cash or Cheque

1. At More Than 12

Donations by cash or cheque can be made in person at More Than 12. Please place your donations in an offering envelope. Cheques are to be made out payable to PAOC (Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada) with 'for MT12' in memo line.

Offering envelopes are available on the tables, as well as by the entrance, and can be placed in the offering basket during the offering part of the service.
